Wholesale Application Instructions

Please follow the simple steps below to apply to become a reseller of ATEL products:

1. Download the uniform resale certificate and W-9 Form here.

Please scroll through in it's entirety and complete it in full including the date and signature.

(Note: you will notice at the top of this form OnVirtu LLC is listed as the seller. OnVirtu is our digital and fulfillment partner running this program on our behalf.)

2. Click the "Sign Up Now" button at the bottom and fill out the application form, and upload your completed uniform resale certificate.

3. The submitted form and upload will be reviewed by our team within 24 hours.

4. Once we have verified your information and reviewed your application, we will reach out to you to better understand your business channel. You will be notified once we authorize your wholesale account and you will now have access to wholesale pricing.
